Founder
Kompas AI School is operated by Fragmatic Technologies Pvt Ltd, founded by Vidhat. He owns strategy, fundraising, and the early university partnerships personally — and signs every MSA. The wider leadership team will appear here only once each role has been filled.

Builds the curriculum, runs Track E, and supervises pedagogy across every partner campus. Deliberately small — ten to fifteen people once fully built — to keep what we teach coherent across the network.

Placed full-time on partner campuses. Hired on three properties in order: practitioner background, teaching aptitude, cultural fit for an Indian campus. Resident-faculty rosters appear on each partner-university page once partnerships sign.

Practitioner first — hired with proof of shipped AI work in a real setting within the past three years.
Research focus: Track delivery on the host campus; capstone supervision; participation in the weekly industry-session loop.
